MoonBee is designed to support children's speech development and is intended to be used under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or qualified Speech and Language Therapist. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Accounts are created and managed by adults (parents, guardians, or therapists) on behalf of the children they support.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can delete that information.
Your account data is stored securely using Google Cloud infrastructure located in London, United Kingdom (europe-west2). Media and session recordings are stored on Cloudflare R2, which does not transfer data to third parties for advertising purposes. Your data does not leave the UK/EEA without appropriate safeguards in place.
