MoonBee is a web-based application designed to support children's speech sound development. It provides personalised practice playlists, live-action mouth models, session recording tools, and progress tracking features. The Service is intended to complement, not replace, professional Speech and Language Therapy.

The Service is intended for use by adults (parents, guardians, and qualified Speech and Language Therapists) on behalf of children. By creating an account, you confirm that:

All content, materials, and features of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, logos, and software — are the property of The Speakable Method Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or other proprietary marks.

5. Session Recordings and User Content

The Service may allow you to make recordings during speech practice sessions. You retain ownership of any recordings you create. By using the recording features, you grant us a limited licence to store and process those recordings solely to provide the Service to you. We will not share your recordings with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

MoonBee is an educational tool and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional Speech and Language Therapy assessment or treatment. We make no representations that use of the Service alone is sufficient to address any particular speech or language difficulty. Always seek the advice of a qualified Speech and Language Therapist for any concerns about a child's speech development.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Speakable Method Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The Service uses Google Sign-In for authentication. Your use of Google Sign-In is governed by Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services linked from or integrated with MoonBee.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
